Apex immigration provides Immigration assistance and tries to get its clients to Canada in the shortest possible time by advising them about various avenues available to them, including work visa.

Hema Sandhu, the company  founder, who is  also a member of CSIC( Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants) has particular expertise in all areas related to Canadian immigration matters and provides representation and advice to foreign nationals who are looking to obtain a Canada visa and  enter Canada on a permanent or temporary basis. She completed her Masters degree in Psychology in 1993. Prior to that she obtained a Bachelor's degree with honours in 1991 majoring in Economics and English besides Psychology. In the employment field, Ms. Sandhu, has worked extensively in the non- profit sector in Toronto. She worked as a General Counsellor serving new immigrants and helped them in settling down in the Canadian society. She assisted the clients with issues relating to immigration, housing, pensions, subsidized child care, health insurance, education and employment.

Our Canada based immigration office is staffed with licensed and experienced professionals and offers a wide range of services to an established corporate and individual clientele with particular emphasis on those relating to Canadian Citizenship and Immigration law and employment placement.  We also help with qualifications for permanent residence, employment/work visas, student visas, visa condition removals and how to get temporary residence permits and Canadian citizenship are all areas in which the company specialises.

The focus of our activities extends beyond legal matters. We strive to offer assistance on both personal and professional levels. Our extensive experience with immigrants to Canada, and our familiarity with the adjustment and adaptation that living in Canada requires allow us to provide our clients with services that are tailored to their individual needs and characteristics. Emphasis is placed on enabling new residents to integrate into Canadian society as quickly and as easily as possible.
